1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tier List app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tier List is a mobile application that allows users to create, organize, and rank items using a tier list format. The App includes both free and premium features.

3. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

3.1 Subscription Options

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly at the price displayed in the App
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access

3.2 What Premium Includes

• Unlimited tier lists (free users limited to 5)
• Ad-free experience
• All future premium features

3.3 Payment and Billing

• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings

3.4 Refunds

• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies
• Please contact Apple Support for refund inquiries

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

• You retain all rights to the images and content you upload to the App
• All content is stored locally on your device
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to create tier lists containing:

• Illegal content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Hateful, abusive, or harmful content
• Content depicting minors inappropriately

5. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Advertisements

Free users will see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Premium users receive an ad-free experience.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
