1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Quick Paste ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Quick Paste is a keyboard snippet manager application that allows users to:

• Create and store text snippets locally on their device
• Organize snippets into categories
• Access snippets through a custom keyboard extension
• Copy and paste snippets quickly across any app

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Free Plan

• Limited to 5 text snippets
• Includes advertisements served by Google AdMob
• Full access to keyboard extension functionality

Premium Subscriptions

• Weekly Subscription: Billed weekly
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually
• Free Trial: 3-day free trial available for new subscribers

Premium Features

• Unlimited text snippets
• Ad-free experience
• All future premium features

4. Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies
• To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit: https://support.apple.com/billing

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not store illegal, harmful, or offensive content in your snippets
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Not use the App to violate any third-party rights
• Keep your device and iOS updated for optimal performance

7. Data and Privacy

• All snippet data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect or store your snippet content on our servers
• The keyboard extension does not transmit any data over the network

8. Keyboard Extension

• The keyboard extension accesses only the snippets you create
• No "Allow Full Access" permission is required or requested
• The keyboard cannot and does not log keystrokes or transmit data
• You must enable the keyboard in iOS Settings for it to function

9. Intellectual Property

• The App and all associated content are owned by the developer
• You retain all rights to the content of your snippets
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App code
• App name, logo, and trademarks are proprietary

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements to free users
• Apple StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Data backup or recovery
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
• That the App will meet your specific requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss - please backup important snippets

13. Data Backup

You are responsible for:

• Backing up your snippets by copying or exporting them
• Ensuring your device is backed up via iCloud or iTunes
• Any data loss that may occur from device issues or app deletion

14. Updates and Changes

• We may update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
• Updates may require the latest version of iOS
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Premium features may be added or changed

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Required by law

16. Children's Use

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App, please contact us.

17. Geographic Restrictions

The App is available worldwide through the Apple App Store, subject to local laws and regulations.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Posting the new Terms in the App or on our website

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

23. Apple App Store

Additional terms apply as required by Apple:

• You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content

• You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
