• We do not track your usage patterns or behavior
• We do not collect analytics or telemetry data
• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
• We do not have access to your music library or audio files
• We do not store or transmit any data to external servers

How the App Works

Pulse operates entirely on your device:

• Audio Processing: All audio analysis happens locally on your device. Music files you import are processed in real-time and never leave your device.
• Visual Settings: Your layer configurations, presets, and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage.
• Recordings: Any screen recordings you create are saved directly to your device's photo library. We have no access to these recordings.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store:

• All payment processing is handled by Apple
• We do not collect or store your payment information
• Subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework
• Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data

Data Storage

The only data stored on your device includes:

• Your custom visual layer configurations
• Saved preset templates
• App settings and preferences
• Subscription status (managed by Apple)

This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Third-Party Services

Pulse does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app functions completely offline once downloaded.

Children's Privacy

Our app does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. The app is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any personal data, there is no data for us to provide, modify, or delete. All your app data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by:

• Deleting custom presets within the app
• Resetting app settings to defaults
• Uninstalling the app from your device

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
