Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Meowstar ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Meowstar is an iOS application that provides interactive games designed for cats. The app allows users to:

• Play various cat-oriented games featuring moving creatures
• Customize game settings including speed, frequency, size, and colors
• Track scores during gameplay
• Access premium games through subscription

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Meowstar for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Free and Premium Features

Meowstar offers both free and premium features:

• Free Version: Includes the Mouse Dash game with full customization options
• Premium Subscription: Unlocks all additional games including Fish Frenzy, Squishy Snails, Roach Rush, and Bouncy Hoppers

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are available on a weekly or yearly basis:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription term

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app responsibly with your pet
• Supervise your cat during gameplay to prevent damage to your device
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Not distribute or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the app

Device Safety

When using Meowstar with your cat:

• We recommend using a screen protector to prevent scratches from cat claws
• Supervise your pet during play sessions
• Ensure your device is placed on a stable surface
• Take breaks to prevent overstimulation of your pet

We are not responsible for any damage to your device caused by your pet during gameplay.

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gigapixel Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• That the app is free of viruses or other harmful components
• That your pet will enjoy or engage with the app

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigapixel Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any damage to your device caused by your pet during use of the app
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the app

Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Apple App Store

These terms are in addition to and do not replace Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In case of conflict between these terms and Apple's agreement, Apple's terms shall prevail.
